At Skinsation, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a refund and returns policy.

Please note we only accept returns based on damage or defect and such returns are subject to review by the team to accept and/or exchange the product.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:

  • Be in its original packaging
  • Be unused and unopened
  • Have all original labels attached
  • Be ascertained to have been purchased from us

Refund Options

If your return is approved, you can choose from the following refund options:

  • Full refund of the price of the product excluding VAT and delivery costs
  • Store credit to use on a future purchase
  • Exchange for a different product of equal value
  • Exchange for the same product in case of damage or defect

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Our team will review, and guide you through the next steps.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or was sent in error.
  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days after the refund request has been approved.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.

Final Sale Items

Certain products may be marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.” These products cannot be returned or exchanged.
